We aim to process and ship standard orders promptly. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or other trusted carriers. Most orders are delivered within approximately 2 weeks, depending on product availability.

• Returns accepted within 21 days if unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
• Embroidered or customized items are non-returnable.
• A Return Authorization Number is required (call (313) 635-3655).
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.
• A 20% restocking fee applies unless exchanging for size or style.
